Real Estate - $400 - $4000

  

Selling your Home?  Selling someone else’s home?  Real estate videos are fairly straight forward.  I just need to know if there are any special things the seller wants me to focus on.  Maybe they love their kitchen nook and want to put an extra focus on that.  No problem.  Just give me an address and I’ll show up with lights, cameras, and my drone (for awesome aerial footage).

Real Estate Pricing

Pretty simple pricing structure for real estate videos.

 

$2 per mile from Gresham, Or for travel.  

$0.45 per interior square foot for video.

This would include outside drone footage (if local laws permit drone flying). 

​

For example, a 2000 sq-ft house located 10 miles away could cost $920.

​

Depending on the ease or difficulty of the home price may change slightly.  If this is a simple ranch with an easy floor plan the price may drop.  If this is a dimly lit house requiring me to set up lighting the price may increase.
